The expertise of these highly creative partners with their state-of-the-art technologies, combined with Prayon’s financial backing, its ability to optimize production and its international sales network, results in new products for new markets.
Process improvement
Prayon's Research and Development Department is a team of highly qualified researchers working in 1,500 m2 of laboratories and testing areas. Their aim is to optimize product quality, control costs, identify potential uses for P2O5 and potential markets, and reduce environmental nuisance.
In these areas too, we rely on the expertise and scientific knowledge of many university laboratories and research centers throughout Europe.
New Products
Prayon has developed new products for its market. These include food phosphates such as Carfosel "i", aluminum polishing solutions such as Praybrite and aluminum phosphate binding agents and additives for refractory mixtures such as Fosbind.
Its innovations have also led it into new markets such as waste water treatment (Solustep) and materials for lithium batteries such as PrayLion.
A great deal of progress is being made in other areas, including nutrition, energy, safety and nuclear applications.
