Prayon sells Fosbrasil shares to ICL

Prayon has sold its Fosbrasil shares to ICL.

In 1985 Prayon acquired a minority holding (11.49%) in Fosbrasil, a Brazil-based company specialising in the production of purified phosphoric acid. However, following ICL’s acquisition of Vale's 44.25% stake in Fosbrasil, we decided to sell our shares to ICL.

This transaction in no way questions our commitment to developing our business in this part of the world. We still aim to expand in growth areas (including Latin America) but we wish to use our own, more appropriate channels.
