With the support of the management team, I hereby undertake to fulfill the mission of the company and help it realize its vision, while remaining faithful to its values.
We intend to become a major player in niche markets such as food additives and horticulture. We also aim to consolidate our position as world leader in phosphoric acid technology. Our company can only ensure its long-term future by efficiency and profitability, which generate added value for both the staff and shareholders.
To realize Prayon's vision for the future, we need to strive for excellence in everything we do. We must pay attention to the customer and the market and supply first-rate services and products, as well as top-grade application support.
In a highly competitive market, innovation must be a constant concern. We hereby undertake to encourage the creativity of our staff and the development of their skills by means of appropriate training.
