Our group
Structure
Prayon Group has two joint core shareholders -Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP) and the Wallonia Regional Investment Company (SRIW) - as well as 20 companies operating mainly in the phosphate chemicals industry. Via our subsidiary SILOX, we also manufacture specialty inorganic chemicals (zinc oxide, sodium hydrosulfite, anticorrosion pigments, etc.).
Our growth is the result not only of the reinforcement of our traditional product structures and lines, but also of a policy of product and market diversification undertaken in partnerships with reputed chemical companies, in the form of industrial and/or commercial joint ventures.
