Carfosel "i" (i for instant)

Prayon has recently developed a new range of phosphates to improve meat and fish processing.

Rather than rely on the traditional physical mixing of several phosphates, the Carfosel "i" range uses an innovative manufacturing process.

The Carfosel "i" phosphates are more soluble and dissolve faster than equivalent physical mixtures. These properties are particularly valuable in the processing of meat and fish in extreme conditions. For instance, Carfosel "i" dissolves very easily in iced or highly concentrated brine, and improves its homogeneity.

Solustep

Developed jointly with Dupuy, Solustep is a full range of macro- and micronutrients for the biological treatment of wastewater in water-treatment plants.

They include nitrogen, phosphorus, carbon and trace elements, which are essential to the development and monitoring of a biomass.

The products are custom formulated according to the requirements of each specific customer, from the paper industry to the agri-food sector, through the petrochemical sector.

Our approach is based on technical expertise and uses the following components :

• SOLUSTEP B6100 Series: nitrogen
