Fertirrigation

In contrast to broadcast fertilisers which are granulated and spread straight onto the ground, fertirrigation involves providing plants with the nutrients they need dissolved in 'irrigation' water in the broad sense of the term. The water may be applied in various ways: using a pipe with holes, a spray, a drip irrigation system etc…

This method is growing more popular among professionals, particularly in horticulture, market gardening, viticulture and arboriculture, for both open-ground and soilless crops.

Both our solid products (monoammonium and diammonium phosphates (MAP and DAP) and monopotassium phosphate (MKP)), and our liquid products (ammonium polyphosphate and phosphoric acid) are ideal for providing plants with the 3 main nutrients - nitrogen (N), phosphorous (P) and potassium (K) - in a water solution.

This is due to their high level of purity and their excellent solubility.
Our products can either be applied 'straight' by end professional users who mix them with other nutrients for application, or pre-mixed by manufacturers of NPK fertilisers offering either solid products or ready-to-use liquid solutions.
