Group structure
The Prayon Group is made up of 20 companies which
are mainly active in the phosphate chemicals industry.
Via our subsidiary SILOX (in
which Prayon holds a 50% stake), we are also active in inorganic
chemical specialities (zinc oxide, sodium hydrosulphate, anti-corrosion
pigments etc.).

In terms of organisation, Prayon is divided
into 2 business units:
- Raw Materials/Fertilisers
- Phosphates
Industrially speaking, we are present both in Europe (3
sites) and in the United
States.
For our commercial operations, we have local offices
in our key European markets, i.e. the Benelux countries, France,
Spain, the United
Kingdom, Italy and Germany. We also have an
office in the United
States.
In addition to these offices, we have an extensive
worldwide network of branch offices selling Prayon products.

Since our inception, we have grown not only
as a result of consolidating our traditional structures and
product lines, but also via a policy of branching out into
new products and markets in association with major names in
the chemicals industry which have become our partners in industrial
and/or commercial joint ventures:

ALMIN is an international company that
has been producing high-end refractory binding agents and additives since 1975.
A total of 95% of its output is exported Europe-wide, as well as to Turkey,
Tunisia and Korea. The
company's production facilities are largely automated, yet allow modifications
in line with each customer's specific requirements.
