Sodium fluoride (NaF) occurs in the form of a
white and crystalline powder, and can be used in applications
such as water treatment, fluorine
supplements (dental
products), treatment of vitreous glazes, and
more.

In their solid form,
sodium (SSF) and potassium (PSF) fluosilicates are used in
fluoridation of drinking
water,
the manufacture of latex (as
a coagulant), as opacifying agents for vitreous glazes,
for opalescent glass, and
in other applications. |
