BROADCAST FERTILISERS

Our range of broadcast fertilisers is primarily designed to provide phosphate (P) and potassium (K) nutrients for 'large-scale crops' (wheat, barley, beet, potatoes, rapeseed and maize).

Our main markets are France, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland, where we offer granulated, powdered and liquid fertilisers.

  

The choice of fertiliser depends on factors such as available manpower on a farm, storage limitations, speed, and the simplification of harvesting processes, and on each type of fertiliser's agronomic efficiency, which is more or less comparable.

We offer several different types of granulated fertilisers :

  • simple phosphate;
  • PK (i.e. fertilisers that contain both phosphate and potassium; these include:
    - soluble phosphate-potassium fertilisers
    - soluble phosphate-potassium fertilisers with magnesium
    - partially soluble phosphate-potassium fertilisers
    - partially soluble phosphate-potassium fertilisers with magnesium
  • NPK (i.e. fertilisers that contain a small amount of nitrogen (100% ammoniacal) plus phosphate and potassium).
By combining a range of basic granulated formulas, we sell over 100 formulas enabling us to provide tailor-made products to meet our customers' needs.

We can offer customised solutions depending on the following:

  • the degree of solubility of phosphates and the date of application of fertilisers in relation to
    - sowing
    - the maximum period of time during which a crop will be eaten
  • the amount of P and K needed to fertilise the crop in question
  • the amount and quality of P and K occurring naturally in the soil.

We are able to offer such a wide range of products thanks to our two mixing stations at the dispatch centre at our plant in Engis, Belgium.

Our range of powdered fertilisers includes the following products:

  • Magniphos
  • Calciphos
  • Fertiliser containing sulphur and magnesium
  • PNPS (partially solubilised rock phosphate).

We also offer liquid NP fertilisers (nitrogen and phosphate): ammonium polyphosphate (14/48/0 solution).
