Carfosel® phosphate salts are specially designed for the meat and fish industry.

These salts react with proteins in meat to help keep it from drying out and losing its colour after slaughter. They also preserve the flavour and nutritional qualities of the meat.


In pâtés and other processed meat products, our speciality phosphates also produce a firm and homogeneous texture.

With their special properties, these phosphate salts have enabled us to develop a variety of preparations within the Carfosel® range to meet all manner of market demands and conditions.
