Your PRAYON invoices electronically

We are pleased to announce that we have teamed up with Esker to revamp how you receive your Prayon invoices.

You can choose to receive your invoice in one of the following ways:

  • As an e-mail attachment, with access to an archive of past invoices on the PRAYON-ESKER portal.
  • Directly from the PRAYON-ESKER portal.

    By choosing the Web Media Portal option, you can view and download your invoices directly from our website. Your invoices are in PDF format and are secured by an electronic signature.

    A notification e-mail with a link to your invoice will be sent when a new invoice is issued. Electronic invoices issued by Esker have the same tax basis as paper invoices, including the rights to deduct VAT. These invoices are also archived for free for 10 years.

    Receiving your invoice in an electronic format allows you to:

    • Reduce your invoice storage costs whilst having the guarantee of tax compliance in the event of an audit;
    • Have 24/7 access to your invoices via the PRAYON-ESKER portal;
    • Help the environment.
  • If you wish to continue receiving your invoices by post, you do not need to do anything.
