Your responsibilities

In the frame of the development of its Asset Management organization at corporate level, Prayon is looking for an Asset Portfolio Engineer to support the definition and optimization of the long-term planning of its assets on all its production sites.

Reporting directly to the Asset Portfolio & Reliability Manager, the Asset Portfolio Engineer will be responsible for the following activities :

• Contribute to the definition, standardization and implementation of a corporate architecture in order to monitor the industrial assets health within each production site;
• In collaboration with the production sites, support the definition and implementation of a Long-Term Asset Plan in order to guarantee SHEQ Compliance, end-of-life replacement, lifetime extension and reliability improvement of our assets;
• Ensure the analysis and challenge the investment proposals related to Asset Management topics (CAPEX category SHEQ – Replacement – Profitability), and help the sites in identifying alternatives and capital cost reduction opportunities;
• Ensure the effectiveness of the asset performance monitoring related to asset portfolio management for each site;
• Serve as a center of excellence in asset portfolio management;
• Act as a change agent for the implementation of new processes and standards;
• Participate in or take the lead of projects in relation with the development of Asset portfolio processes, methodologies and tools.

Profile

• Engineering degree at BSc/MSc level with specialization in reliability engineering and/or maintenance management,
• You have practical experience of minimum 5 years in asset and project management,
• You have general knowledge in electromechanics, material resistance, chemical processes… Experience in the chemical process industry is a plus,
• You have a critical and analytical mindset,
• You are proficient in leading multidisciplinary improvement teams,
• You are a team player and you have good communication skills,
• You are fluent in French/Dutch and English.
