Your responsibilities

In the frame of the development of its Asset Management organization at corporate level, Prayon is looking for a Maintenance Processes and Method Engineer to ensure and optimize the adherence of the maintenance processes on all its production sites.

Reporting directly to the Senior Maintenance Specialist, the Maintenance Processes and Method Engineer will be responsible for the following activities :

• Secure compliance to standards in the execution of the maintenance processes on all production sites;
• Support the sites in implementing new processes, methodologies and tools;
• Identify best practice and contribute to their implementation on all the sites;
• Contribute to periodic maturity assessment regarding maintenance processes;
• Act as “Super user” regarding SAP and related tools, support local key users, contribute to the end users’ training and ensure the proper utilization of the systems;
• Support the sites in defining the roadmaps and action plans, according to global sites and corporate objectives;
• Update the Performance indicators in collaboration with the sites;
• Act as a change agent for the implementation of new processes and standards;
• Participate in or take the lead of projects in relation with the development of Maintenance processes, methodologies and tools.

Profile

• Engineering degree at BSc/MSc level with specialization in reliability engineering and/or maintenance management,
• You have practical experience of at least 2 years,
• You have general knowledge in electromechanics, material resistance, chemical processes… Experience in the chemical process industry is a plus,
• You have a critical and analytical mindset,
• You are proficient in leading multidisciplinary improvement teams and in supporting change initiatives,
• You are a team player and you have good communication skills,
• You are fluent in French/Dutch and English.
