In his/her role, the ARM manages the corporate processes to define, govern and monitor the compliance, performance and reliability of the production assets.
The department is led by the Asset Management Director who supervises Long Term Plans, Reliability strategy, scheduling, cost controls & process optimization related to the entire asset portfolio.
The function that has been created will be mainly focused on two strategical processes under one umbrella: the Asset Portfolio & the Reliability Management. The purpose of regrouping those two responsibilities is to ensure the best coherence & alignment between the short term decision/long term plans but also between the different locations of the Company.
As part of the role, the ARM will be focused on 3 main axes; strategic definition & deployment, process optimization & people alignment.
The Asset organization & the ARM role are quite new & will be more deeply defined by the impulsion, expertise & inputs coming from the Asset Portfolio and Reliability Manager.
