Profile is delighted to welcome two new colleagues: Jean-Luc Vangramberen, Operations Manager (left on the picture) and Giuseppe Giambarresi, Engineering Manager (right).
Both bring complementary expertise that will further strengthen Profile’s development and structure, supporting its ambition to deliver premium-quality equipment to the phosphate industry worldwide.
Giuseppe joined Profile in June 2025 to oversee the constant pursuit of excellence in the design of Profile equipment. Supported by a team of specialized industrial designers, he develops new projects and customizes our product portfolio — including Prayon filters, process agitators, gas scrubbers and Praysep™ droplet separators.
With a strong background in industrial design and mechanical engineering, Giuseppe is passionate about modernizing the way Profile approaches equipment development. “My mission is to standardize in a rigorous way how our equipment is engineered, closely collaborate with the rest of Prayon’s team, keeping us as a premium-quality, innovative company and partner,” he explains.
His vision will directly contribute to optimizing Profile’s equipment design processes and ensuring seamless deployment of our technologies in phosphoric acid plants around the world.
Recently integrated into the Profile team, Jean-Luc quickly embraced the positive energy of the division’s many ongoing projects. With more than 27 years of experience in metal manufacturing — particularly in stainless steel and special alloys — he brings a deep understanding of complex assemblies and operational excellence. “I’ve always been driven by customer satisfaction,” says Jean-Luc. “Delivering high-quality equipment and ensuring smooth project execution is what motivates me every day.”
As Operations Manager, he now supervises field engineers and coordinates project implementation on site, ensuring Profile’s reputation for reliability and responsiveness continues to grow.
Together, Giuseppe and Jean-Luc are going to contribute to Profile’s ongoing structuring and growth, reinforcing its role as a trusted partner and equipment provider to the phosphate industry.
