E&I LEAD-PROJECT MANAGER (M/V)

U bent het E&I aanspreekpunt op de Puurs site waar u van A tot Z de verantwoordelijkheid voor E&I-projecten neemt. Binnen de Technische Dienst rapporteert u aan de Engineering & Construction Manager.
Uw rol is om de leiding te nemen over E&I engineering vanaf de analyse van de behoeften tot de productie en inbedrijfstelling, rekening houdend met veiligheid, budget en planning en met de beperkingen van de continue productie van de fabriek.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- U geeft operationele leiding aan de afdeling E&I engineering en u bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het werk dat wordt uitgevoerd door externe dienstverleners,
- U beheert investeringsprojecten en bereidt deze voor door de behoeften van de interne klanten te analyseren en vervolgens met de hoofden van de technische disciplines de meest optimale implementatiestrategie te bepalen,
- U leidt vergaderingen tijdens de verschillende fasen van het project (opstart, ontwerpbeoordeling, overdracht, goedkeuring voor inbedrijfstelling en einde-project),
- U stelt het totale projectbudget op en zorgt ervoor dat dit wordt bewaakt,
- In samenwerking met de technische aankoopafdeling neemt u deel aan de contractonderhandelingen,
- U zorgt dat constructie, testen en indienstname juist verlopen,
- Om een optimale samenwerking tussen alle belanghebbenden te waarborgen zorgt u voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van interne en externe relaties.
Profiel
- E&I masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring,
- Goede technische kennis van E&I (laagspanning, middenspanning, instrumentatie, DCS, PLC, alarmsystemen, cybersecurity, enz.),
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een projectomgeving (bij voorkeur chemische industrie),
- Goede teammanagementvaardigheden,
- Vermogen om effectief en diplomatiek te communiceren
- Georganiseerd, nauwgezet en in staat om vooruit te plannen,
- Resultaatgericht en stressbestendig,
- Vloeiend in Nederlands met een goede kennis van Engels en Frans
