Description
The successful Packaging Operatorwill operate automated packing and peripheral equipment, to pack, seal, palletize, hood and label manufactured product in accordance to cGMP and Food Safety Standards. Provide guidance to other individuals who may be assisting in work area. Keep accurate inventory, quality, environmental and housekeeping records. Enter timely and accurate production confirmations for material packed during shift.
Requirements
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 or more years experience as an Industrial Equipment Operator in a manufacturing facility
- Experience in a manufacturing facility in industrial maintenance, utility, warehousing or industrial packaging position
- Basic Mechanical Skills/Knowledge
- Basic Math and Computer Skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a repetitive basis.
