ASSISTANT JURIDIQUE (H/F)

En partenariat avec DESMOSIA, nous cherchons un assistant juridique (H/F).
Qualifications :
- Vous disposez au minimum d’un bachelier en droit ;
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans le secteur juridique ;
- Vous avez des connaissances en bases de données juridiques, belges et européennes ;
- Vous êtes méthodologique, précis, organisé et autonome ;
- Vous faites preuve de discrétion et respectez la confidentialité des données ;
- Vous avez une bonne maitrise de l’anglais – minimum B2 ;
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques dont notamment la suite office.
Tâches principales :
- Participer à la constitution et à l’enregistrement des dossiers administratifs ;
- Préparer et assurer le suivi des assemblées générales et conseils d’administrations des sociétés du groupe ;
- Réaliser des recherches juridiques ;
- Gérer les dossiers et les procédures liés aux brevets ;
- Relire, corriger et mettre en forme les documents juridiques en français et en anglais ;
- Planifier et organiser l’agenda des collaborateurs ;
- Assurer le suivi de la facturation et notes de frais.
