SAFETY PROCESS ENGINEER (H/F)

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de la Gestion des Risques au sein du SIPP, le Safety Process Engineer coordonne la démarche d’analyse des risques des procédés pour le site de production d’Engis (classé Seveso seuil haut) et assure la gestion du Plan Interne d’Urgence .
Responsabilités
- Vous assurez la mise en œuvre du plan HAZOP-LOPA (à 5 ans),
- En tant que HAZOP Leader, vous organisez et animez les sessions d’analyse HAZOP-LOPA pour les installations de production ainsi que pour les nouveaux projets,
- Vous réalisez les analyses de risque ATEX et coordonnez la mise à disposition des dossiers relatifs à la protection contre les explosions (DRPCE),
- Vous apportez une expertise pour les questions liées à la prévention incendie,
- Vous coordonnez la gestion et l’amélioration du Plan Interne d’Urgence ,
- Vous collaborez avec les autorités dans le cadre du Plan d’Urgence Externe,
- Vous répertoriez et analysez les accidents et presqu’accidents « process »,
- Vous assurez la mise à jour du rapport de sécurité dans le cadre de l’accord de coopération Seveso.
Profil
- Vous avez un Master Ingénieur Civil/Industriel avec une première expérience probante dans le secteur de la chimie,
- Vous êtes HAZOP Leader,
- Vous maîtrisez les réglementations relatives à l’ATEX et à la prévention incendie,
- Vous êtes acteur de changement et avez une bonne intelligence émotionnelle,
- Vous êtes rigoureux et structuré,
- Vous faites preuve d’esprit critique, vous avez le sens des priorités et êtes un bon analyste,
- Vous disposez de solides compétences interpersonnelles (coordination des équipes multidisciplinaires, bonne communication),
- Vous êtes autonome et avez le sens des responsabilités,
- La certification « Conseiller en prévention » de niveau 1 ou 2 est un plus,
- Vous maîtrisez la Suite Office. La connaissance du logiciel PHA-PRO est un plus,
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et avez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
