Our electronic-grade acids produced on our site of Bex serve multiple purposes in the electronic market ranging from printed circuits, LCD screens, microchips to semiconductors. We are the European leader of phosphoric acid of electronic grade and sodium hypophosphite, produced on our site in Bex (Switzerland).

They guarantee ultra-low iron contents up to 50 ppb (IC50) and even below according to our customers’ needs. With minute traces of impurities and stringent analyses, our solutions are ideal for applications requiring an extremely high purity and particle control. The phosphoric acid is for example used as an acidifying agent.

We also produce world renowned Sodium Hypophosphite that is used as an antioxidant agent. Market leader in nickel-plating, Sofibex is recognized for the homogeneity of the nickel deposit.
